Additionally, our in-house development team prides itself on developing practical and productive solutions ensuring the most efficient outcomes are achieved in all aspects of the recruitment process. Timesheetseasi-staff is our on-line ordering, timesheeting, invoicing and reporting product. It provides full B2B e-commerce connectivity with clients for the full range of functions required for the provision of either permanent or temporary recruitment services. easi-staff has been developed to be an integral part of our interface with our clients. Direct access exists between easi-staff and our information management system, Adapt, via our web page. This direct connection allows both clients and temporary staff to self-register into the system to perform their respective functions. Temporary staff or contractors access easi-staff to complete their timesheet online, for electronic authorisation by their nominated supervisor and automatic forwarding to us for processing. The easi-staff website, www.easistaff.com.au, provides access to clients and contractors through a secure log-in user identity and PIN. Should clients elect to conduct business in this mode, log-in identities and PINs are allocated to each Recruiting Manager and contractor.

This software package is designed for medium to large organisations and is commonly used throughout the recruitment industry. At the commencement of each contract, we will work with clients to understand your process and requirements and provide a streamlined approach to invoicing. We are able to provide invoices that capture services provided on a site by site basis or consolidate information into a single invoice. ReportsWe are able to provide a diverse range of reports to key clients that are customised to meet their specific requirements. Adapt has been designed specifically for the recruitment industry and is regularly reviewed and improved to reflect the changing needs of users. It enables us to tailor our reporting function to suit your individual requirements and priorities at both site and corporate level.
